Dandelion leaf, in Maine during our pioneer days, when we were living in our cabin, we gathered Dandelion leaves cleaned them and boiled them. They were pretty good. I am a big fan of green leafy veggies.. great write up Eva!
ReplyDeleteThanks Dawn, that is the wonderful thing about Dandelion, you can use the whole thing, the flowers, the roots and the leaves. The leaves are loaded with great vitamins. The only one problem is finding an area where the dandelion's have not be sprayed with pesticide and do not collect air pollution from the car's and such.
