Nettle: Folk-lore-Nettle as a blood purifier, aids with asthma, bronchitis, inflammation. It is a mineral rich nutritive herb with vitamin K. Magical- used for exorcism, protection, healing, lust.
Passionflower: Folk-Lore-Passionflower aids with Insomnia, nervousness, menstrual pain. Magical: peace, sleep and friendship.

**Please Note: In the research I have done, it is suggested that you avoid using rosemary if you have epilepsy. It also suggest avoid using it during pregnancy. It is always better to be safe than sorry so I would strongly suggest that you do research on rosemary if you by chance do have epilepsy or if you are pregnant before considering to use it medicinally. **
